Times are tough for Chris Christie
Chris Christie is really struggling. In a DC speech to the Chamber of Commerce just now, the Chair of the RGA had the following to say about his devastating hardship:
@reidepstein: Chris Christie: “I’m tired of hearing about the minimum wage. I really am.”
Our hearts break for the Chair of the RGA. They really do.
At least we can all take comfort in the fact that Christie isn’t alone in his sorrow.
The thought of raising the minimum wage makes Florida Governor Rick Scott “cringe.”
Illinois billionaire Bruce Rauner has said the minimum wage should be eliminated.
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker doesn’t “think it serves a purpose.”
Connecticut millionaire Tom Foley“distanced himself” from a reasonable minimum wage hike.
And one of Kansas Governor Sam Brownback‘s top advisers referred to the federal minimum wage as the “black teenage unemployment act.”
Imagine this crew of sensitive, out-of-touch elites actually had to live on the minimum wage? They wouldn’t last a minute.
