Missouri Republican Dave Spence hopes to take on popular incumbent Governor Jay Nixon this fall. But Spence has been having a little trouble with his primary challenger. Late last month, PPP had Spence losing to primary opponent Bill Randles. Then yesterday, the Chair of the Republican Governors Association was forced to walk back his endorsement of Spence when supporters of Randles complained at the apparent snub.
