SHOT: A lawyer representing Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin characterized the lawsuit Lt. Gov. Jenean Hampton filed against Bevin as a “minor disagreement between two friends.” 
CHASER: Lt. Gov. Hampton: “My friends don’t treat me this way.”
