REMINDER: Stacy Garrity Wants to Rip Away Reproductive Health Care from Pennsylvanians

Stacy Garrity is all in on ripping away reproductive health care, and her anti-choice record is clear as day. Here’s a reminder of why Pennsylvania families can’t trust Garrity to protect their freedom to choose:

• Garrity celebrated the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which ripped away the freedom to choose for millions of women and families across the country, and backed legislation to restrict abortion access in Pennsylvania.

• Garrity proudly accepted endorsements from groups that are fighting to ban abortion at the state and federal level, including the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, Life PAC of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and the Susan B. Anthony List which are all fighting to restrict access to reproductive care “in every state and every legislature” including Pennsylvania.

• Garrity called to defund critical reproductive care facilities like Planned Parenthood – which serves 90,000 Pennsylvania patients annually – to restrict Pennsylvanians from accessing the care they need, including screenings and treatment for chronic conditions. She even sold merch to personally benefit off the backs of women and families who would lose care.

“Women and families in the Commonwealth cannot trust Stacy Garrity to protect their reproductive rights. Her extreme record makes it clear that if given the opportunity, she would gladly ban abortion, strip access to essential reproductive health care, and take aim at Pennsylvanians’ fundamental freedoms, which is why Pennsylvania will reject her toxic agenda,” said DGA spokesperson Izzi Levy.
