REMINDER: As Trump Campaigns in Nevada with Vulnerable Joe Lombardo, Their Cost-Raising Economy Is Crushing Nevadans 

All eyes will be on Joe Lombardo – the most vulnerable incumbent GOP governor in the nation – today as Donald Trump holds a roundtable in Las Vegas touting the Lombardo-Trump economy that is jacking up costs, sending gas prices through the roof, and squeezing Nevada small businesses.

Trump’s cost-raising tariffs and trade wars have hammered Nevada’s tourism, but Lombardo says Trump “is doing a fantastic job.” He also thinks Nevadans should “feel a little pain” from Trump’s reckless tariffs and be “excited” about Trump’s ripping health care away from more than 100,000 Nevadans, all while giving massive tax handouts to billionaires.

“The Lombardo-Trump economy has been disastrous for working Nevadans as costs continue to skyrocket and small businesses continue to ‘feel the pain’ from their reckless tariffs,” said DGA Deputy Communications Director Johanna Warshaw. “No matter how high costs go in the Silver State, Joe Lombardo remains a proud cheerleader-in-chief for Donald Trump, and later tonight Lombardo will showcase once again that his loyalty is with Trump first, and Nevadans last.”
