Today, DGA Chair Governor Andy Beshear, DGA Vice Chair Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Governor Tony Evers, Governor Bob Ferguson, Governor Josh Green, Governor Maura Healey, Governor Katie Hobbs, Governor Kathy Hochul, Governor Laura Kelly, Governor Tina Kotek, Governor Ned Lamont, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, Governor Dan McKee, Governor Matt Meyer, Governor Janet Mills, Governor Wes Moore, Governor Gavin Newsom, Governor Jared Polis, Governor JB Pritzker, Governor Josh Shapiro, Governor Mikie Sherrill, Governor Abigail Spanberger, Governor Josh Stein, and Governor Tim Walz released the following statement:

“It’s deeply alarming that President Trump continues to try to undermine free and fair elections. No amount of lies and conspiracy theories can change the fact that our country’s elections have repeatedly been proven to be safe and secure. These attacks are intended to intimidate and silence voters. Democrats are leading the way on actually making life better for American families by lowering costs, creating jobs and protecting our freedoms. Ours is a winning message, which is why he is trying to undermine democracy.
