Latest News

Democratic Gov. Andy Beshear issued an executive order that will allow all Kentuckians to vote by mail in the June 23 primary election. This bipartisan agreement that Gov. Beshear released with Kentucky’s Republican Secretary of State will help ensure that all Kentuckians are able to exercise their right to vote safely and securely during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the announcement, Gov. Beshear stated: “We are committed to making sure this election will be held in a safe manner while we are in this worldwide health pandemic.” The governor is also working on a plan to safely conduct in-person voting that includes a potential drive-through voting option so Kentuckians who cannot vote by mail can still exercise their constitutional right to vote.
