“John James has spent his time in Congress putting his own extreme partisan politics first, and now he’s running to bring the chaos and dysfunction of DC to Michigan. James has long sided with Betsy DeVos’s dangerous agenda to gut public education, stays silent as his party tanks the economy, supports an extreme abortion ban, and endorsed a dysfunctional budget that would raise the retirement age and open Medicare up to privatization. It’s no wonder James has tried to run from his constituents, but he’ll have nowhere to hide as this messy GOP primary ramps up and Michiganders remember why they rejected him during his last two failed statewide runs.”
