DGA Statement on New RGA Attack Ad in Georgia

Today, Democratic Governors Association Communications Director Jared Leopold released the following statement on a new Republican Governors Association attack ad in the Georgia gubernatorial race:
“Republicans are pressing the panic button in Georgia after a bloody GOP runoff has left them stuck choosing between two divisive and self-serving right-wing candidates who will alienate businesses and drive jobs out of Georgia,” said Leopold. “After tonight’s runoff election, it will be clear that Stacey Abrams is the only candidate voters can trust to invest in public education, expand Medicaid to protect rural hospitals, and keep Georgia’s economy growing.”
