DGA Chair North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper released the following statement in response to Joy Hofmeister securing the Democratic gubernatorial nomination in Oklahoma:
“Congratulations to Joy Hofmeister on her victory in the Oklahoma Democratic gubernatorial primary. Hofmeister led the fight for better education in Oklahoma, proving she has what it takes to work with both parties to strengthen schools, tackle corruption, and get the economy on track.
