DGA Chair North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper released the following statement on Gov. Jared Polis’ reelection in Colorado:

“Coloradans voted decisively for another four years of progress in Gov. Jared Polis. Jared’s record of accomplishments in his first term is extensive; he delivered lower costs for Colorado families — including $750 refund checks, universal free kindergarten and pre-k, a first-in-the-nation insulin cap, the largest property tax cut in Colorado history, and comprehensive solutions to public safety.

“Jared will continue to protect our freedoms and has worked to make Colorado a more affordable place to live, an easier state to start a business, and a safe and welcoming place to raise a family. We congratulate Gov. Polis on his victory and look forward to seeing him build on his strong record of progress.”
