DGA-Backed Group Launches New Ad In Missouri
A Stronger Missouri, an independent organization backed by the Democratic Governors Association, released a new TV ad in Missouri, “Wrong Way.”
Coronavirus cases in Missouri are heading the wrong way, and Missouri Gov. Mike Parson is taking the state the wrong way on health care. Under Parson, 100,000 children lost their health care coverage. Parson also opposed a measure to expand Medicaid, which Missourians voted to implement over Parson’s objections.
Parson’s handpicked Attorney General, Eric Schmitt, is also suing to overturn the Affordable Care Act, which would eliminate Medicaid expansion and protections for those with pre-existing conditions. Medicaid expansion would help 250,000 Missourians afford health care.
When Missourians need affordable health care the most, Mike Parson is taking Missouri the wrong way.
