It’s been 8 days since state Representative Jeanne Ives almost defeated Governor Bruce Rauner in the Republican primary, and the two still have not spoken. Rauner desperately needs Ives’ support and is so desperate to get his ally back, he probably made her a playlist.
Rauner’s playlist would obviously start with classics like War’s “Why Can’t We Be Friends” and Cher’s “If I Could Turn Back Time.” He probably snuck in Lady Gaga’s “Judas” and Rauner obviously would end it with the perfect showstopper – Mariah Carey’s “We Belong Together.”
