David Crowley Wins Wisconsin Gubernatorial Debate
DGA spokesperson Izzi Levy released the following statement on David Crowley’s victory in Wisconsin’s gubernatorial debate tonight:
“Tonight on the debate stage, David Crowley laid out a hopeful vision for how he’ll lower housing, energy, child care, and health care costs, create jobs, and deliver opportunity for all Wisconsin families. By contrast, MAGA Congressman Tom Tiffany could not defend his record of voting for every extreme and expensive policy coming out of Washington — from the tariffs and the war pushing prices to record highs, to the budget law making it harder for Wisconsinites to afford a trip to the doctor’s office, to a national abortion ban, to his votes against certifying the 2020 election and releasing the Epstein files.
“While David Crowley showed Wisconsinites what leadership looks like, all Congressman Tiffany did tonight was remind voters that he’s an extremist and a MAGA lackey whose sole mission in life is to bring Washington Republicans’ expensive and chaotic agenda back home to Wisconsin.”
