A More Affordable Nevada Releases New Ad Featuring Nevadans Telling Joe Lombardo “It’s Time To Go”
A More Affordable Nevada, a group backed by the Democratic Governors Association, released a new ad, “Backwards,” featuring Nevadans who are fed up with the cost of gas, groceries, housing, and health care skyrocketing under Joe Lombardo while he does the bidding of Donald Trump and his billionaire donors.
The ad features everyday Nevadans who highlight how Lombardo has driven Nevada backwards, from supporting Trump’s tariffs while saying that Nevadans need to “feel a little pain” to backing Trump’s Medicaid cuts that could kick 100,000 Nevadans off their health insurance.
Lombardo also has a long history of prioritizing his billionaire donors over Nevadans – vetoing legislation to lower housing and prescription drug costs while raking in millions in contributions from groups opposed to those bills. Even as the Lombardo-Trump economy drives up prices for Nevadans, Lombardo has called Trump his “commanding officer” and defended how he takes care of his “billionaire friends”
Nevadans know that Lombardo is too focused on pleasing Trump and his billionaire friends to fight for them – which is why Nevadans far and wide are telling Joe, “It’s time to go.”
