Chip in today to elect Dem govs >>
Democratic governors are leading in the fight against Donald Trump. With our two historic victories in Virginia and New Jersey, grassroots momentum is on our side! But next year, nearly 80% of the country is voting for a governor – and with Republicans already investing to beat Dem govs, early support has never been so critical. Will you donate to elect more Democratic governors who will defend our rights and freedoms and stand up to Trump?

Will He or Won’t He? As Chris Sununu Mulls Reelection Bid, He’s Made Clear He Wants to Be Anywhere but New Hampshire
After Gov. Chris Sununu closed out his out-of-state press tour earlier this month by promising to make a decision around July 4th about whether he will seek a fifth term, the Democratic Governors Association is helping make his decision a little easier this week by reminding him of all the ways he has failed Granite Staters and shown them that he doesn’t want the job.
After a dramatic months-long media blitz to drive speculation that he was running for president, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu announced in an exclusive interview with CNN that he would not be seeking the presidency. This was just the latest in a series of out-of-state appearances from Sununu, who in just over a year traveled out of state for personal reasons not related to the job he held as New Hampshire’s chief executive more than 30 times. Even Republicans agree: New Hampshire House Majority Leader Jason Osborneclaims that Gov. Sununu is “too busy for…little people like me.”
“From summits in DC to political events in Iowa, Texas, Florida, and Nevada, Chris Sununu has made clear he would rather be anywhere but New Hampshire,” said DGA Deputy Communications Director Izzi Levy. “Granite Staters are facing real challenges – many thanks to Sununu’s poor leadership – like rising housing costs, the opioid crisis, and attacks on public education. They need a leader who is committed to fixing those problems, not one too busy with a cross-country media tour promoting his own personal brand.”
