Wheels Fall Off Sears Campaign BUST Tour as She Doesn’t Even Show Up

As Winsome Sears continues to face heat for supporting Donald Trump’s devastating health care cuts and job-killing agenda, she’s bailing on her campaign’s embarrassingly small, low-energy bus tour stops without any explanation — and so are Virginians.

This week, Sears didn’t bother to attend the tour’s stops in Harrisonburg, Lexington, Wytheville, Abingdon, and Marion.

While Sears skips out on her bus tour, Virginians are speaking out against her support for Trump’s Medicaid cuts that rip health care away from 350,000 people and caused the closure of three rural health clinics in the state, which Sears still refuses to address.

At a bus tour stop that “did not include an appearance by Earle-Sears herself,” WHSV reported that “union workers with Service Employees International Union of Virginia and other community members stood alongside the campaign event attendees … to protest against what they called ‘devastating’ Medicaid cuts.”
