WATCH: Dem Govs Speak Out Against “Repeal and Replace Later”
After the recent Republican failure to pass the BCRA out of the Senate, the GOP is now proposing to repeal the Affordable Care Act without a replacement plan. Democratic governors from red, blue, and purple states are speaking out against the idea. Repealing the Affordable Care Act with no sufficient replacement would kick millions off their insurance, raise premiums, and blow giant holes in state budgets.
Governors Terry McAuliffe, Steve Bullock, and John Hickenlooper went on television over the last few days to outline their concerns.
