Garrity to Attend State of the Union in Support of Trump’s Extreme and Expensive Agenda

Tonight, Stacy Garrity will attend Trump’s State of the Union address in another proud show of support for the administration’s disastrous agenda that is raising costs and taking away health care from Pennsylvania families.

As the Trump administration wreaks havoc on the economy, sends costs soaring, and makes life harder for Pennsylvania families, Garrity has made clear she doesn’t disagree with Trump on a single issue. She called the GOP agenda a “huge win” and hailed Republicans’ extreme efforts to deny food for families, jack up the cost of health care and energy, destroy Pennsylvania jobs, and restrict reproductive freedom. Garrity has repeatedly defended Trump’s illegal cost-raising tariffs, which he restored and raised to 15 percent on Friday, just hours after the Supreme Court struck them down.

Showcasing her loyalty to Trump is Garrity’s number one priority, even when it comes at the expense — literally — of Pennsylvanians.

“Stacy Garrity has shown Pennsylvanians at every turn that there is no daylight between herself and President Trump, and tonight, when she takes a front-row seat at the State of the Union to cheer on Trump’s extreme and costly agenda, will be no exception,” said DGA spokesperson Izzi Levy. “Pennsylvania’s working families are clearly an afterthought for Garrity, as her friends in the White House roll back freedoms, threaten health care, and drive up costs for everything.”
