Early Voting Upheld In Ohio

A controversial bill introduced by Ohio Republicans was overturned by an Ohio state supreme court. The bill was meant to block early voting in Ohio and eliminated in person voting the three days prior to Election Day. More than 100,000 people in Ohio voted in the same period in 2008.
