DGA Statement on Virginia Democratic Nominee Ralph Northam
Tonight, DGA Chairman Dan Malloy released the following statement on Ralph Northam’s primary victory in Virginia:
“Congratulations to Ralph Northam on his victory tonight,” said Gov. Malloy. “Ralph Northam will continue Governor McAuliffe’s work of growing the economy, fighting for the middle class and protecting Virginians’ health care. Ralph Northam has led a life of service as an Army doctor and as a pediatric neurologist. As governor, he will work to bring economic opportunity to all Virginians.
“The DGA looks forward to working to elect Ralph Northam to serve as Virginia’s next governor. This November, the voters of Virginia will send a strong message to Donald Trump by electing Ralph Northam as their next governor.”
