Today, 2023 DGA Chair and New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy released the following statement on Hawai’i Gov. Josh Green’s inauguration:

“Congratulations to Gov. Josh Green on his inauguration today. During his time as both a doctor and lieutenant governor, Josh has proven his commitment to the people of Hawai’i by offering real solutions to address the islands’ challenges — and he’s not finished yet. 

“Josh is committed to making Hawai’i more affordable for residents, addressing mental health and addiction, and protecting the state’s precious natural resources. We look forward to continuing working with  Gov. Josh Green as he delivers progress for the people of Hawai’i.”
