DGA Statement on New Jersey Democratic Primary

Tonight, DGA Chairman Dan Malloy released the following statement on Phil Murphy’s primary victory in New Jersey:

“Congratulations to Phil Murphy for securing the party’s nomination,” said Gov. Malloy. “Phil Murphy will bring much-needed change to New Jersey by growing the economy, strengthening the middle class, investing in education, securing affordable health care, and fighting for equal pay. Voters in New Jersey are ready for a change – and Phil Murphy is the right candidate to return New Jersey’s governorship to the Democrats.”
