Today, Democratic Governors Association spokesperson Kevin Donohoe released the following statement on Greg Abbott’s reelection launch:
“Greg Abbott has been in office for decades and the results speak for themselves: years of power grid failures, skyrocketing costs, and the worst ranked health care system in the country. Instead of fighting to deliver for Texans and bring down costs, Abbott funnels millions in taxpayer money to his campaign donors. Texans need a governor who will solve problems and fight for them — but Greg Abbott keeps selling them out to the highest bidder.”
