DGA Chair North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper released the following statement on Gov. Ned Lamont’s reelection in Connecticut:

“Congratulations to Gov. Ned Lamont on his reelection as governor of Connecticut. In his next term, Ned will build on his strong bipartisan record of balancing the budget, bringing new businesses to the state, and always protecting reproductive rights and keeping families safe.

“Gov. Lamont has ensured Connecticut is more affordable, safer, and has more opportunity, and the DGA looks forward to continuing to stand alongside him in this crucial work.”
