DGA Statement on Washington Gov. Jay Inslee’s Inauguration

DGA Chair New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham released the following statement regarding Gov. Jay Inslee’s inauguration in Washington:
 
“Congratulations to Gov. Jay Inslee on his inauguration. Under Gov. Inslee’s leadership, Washington state has had one of the country’s strongest economies and was consistently ranked one of the best states for working families. He has been a leader in progressive policies, enacting paid family and medical leave, making historic investments in education and clean energy, and building an economy for working people. During the COVID-19 crisis, Gov. Inslee has continued his legacy of keeping Washingtonians safe, leading based on facts and science and providing assistance to small businesses and working families.
