DGA Statement on Sununu Gubernatorial Campaign Announcement

DGA Communications Director David Turner released the following statement Tuesday regarding Gov. Chris Sununu’s announcement that he is running for re-election:
“Chris Sununu won’t be able to run from his record of putting special interests and partisan politics ahead of the people he represents,” said DGA Communications Director David Turner. “From calling paid family leave a ‘vacation’ not once, but twice, to supporting Trump’s plan to rip health care away from hardworking Granite Staters, Chris Sununu has shown time and again he is out-of-touch with the values of New Hampshire families.
“We look forward to holding him accountable for his failure to deliver for New Hampshire and beating him in the fall of 2020.”
