DGA Chair Inslee’s Statement on Fred Hubbell’s Primary Victory in Iowa
Tonight, Democratic Governors Association Chair Gov. Jay Inslee (D-WA) released the following statement on Fred Hubbell winning the Democratic nomination for governor in Iowa:
“I congratulate Fred Hubbell on earning the Democratic nomination for Governor of Iowa. Fred has a long history of public service and bringing people together to solve Iowa’s problems. As the state’s next governor, he will do just that to turn the page on Governor Reynolds’ extreme social agenda and record of budget crises, underfunded schools, and health care disasters.
