O'Malley mocks Christie, assails Ryan
The Martin O’Malley-Chris Christie feud has come to Tampa.
At a press conference here Tuesday morning, hours before Christie is scheduled to address the Republican National Convention, O’Malley ridiculed the New Jersey governor as an unsuccessful economic leader trying to sell a bad product to the country.
Calling Christie “a governor who has the fourth-worst unemployment rate of any state in the nation,” the Marylander predicted his neighbor to the north would deliver an “angry, Don Rickles keynote extolling the virtues of their candidate, Mitt Romney, who had one of the worst job creation rates in the nation.”
