Sebelius Announces Military Bill of Rights
Gov. Kathleen Sebelius signed legislation into law which broadens the class of persons who qualify to pay in-state tuition at state educational institutions to include any person who is a member of the Kansas National Guard. The Governor also announced the Kansas Military Bill of Rights, which is designed to provide financial assistance to military personnel and their families during this time of increased overseas deployments for active duty, reserve and National Guard units.
